Q1. What are your packing terms?

A: Generally, we pack goods in cartons, plywood cases or on pallets, with the specific method determined by your order quantity. This detail will always be clearly specified in the proforma invoice.

A: We accept T/T payments. For regular orders, full payment is required. For large-value orders, a flexible payment plan is available: you can pay 30% as a deposit upfront, and the remaining 70% balance before delivery. We will notify you promptly once your order is nearly ready for shipment.

Q3. What are your delivery terms?

A: We support multiple trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDU to meet your different logistics requirements.

Q4. What is your delivery time?

A: Normally, delivery takes 3–30 days after we receive your advance payment. The exact lead time is subject to the type of products and the total order quantity.

A: Absolutely. You can send us the sample photos or technical drawings, and our professional engineering team will evaluate the feasibility and provide feedback promptly.
