Simplicity & Durability First: Xinder Unveils the New SLIFT Classic Welfare Seat

Dec.25.2025

As the first domestic company to develop and manufacture welfare seats, and currently the only manufacturer in China with the full qualifications and rich experience to supply welfare seats as original equipment to passenger car manufacturers, Xinder has always aimed to make high-quality mobility assistance products accessible to more users. By optimizing and simplifying many non-essential additional functions of the popular SLIFT V1 welfare seat while retaining core safety and performance, the company has launched the SLIFT Classic welfare seat (Classic Edition), adhering to the principles of simplicity and durability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions for broader user groups.

The V1 model, a best-selling flagship product in the Xinder seat series, holds multiple national invention and utility model patents, fully meets strict EU and national safety standards, and has passed over thirty rigorous tests and certifications by GAC Group, covering durability, safety, environmental adaptability and performance verification. As the standard OE configuration for the GAC M8 welfare version, it has gained wide recognition domestically and is widely exported to developed countries in Europe, North America and other regions, establishing a solid reputation for reliable quality. The SLIFT Classic inherits all the safety and critical functional designs of the V1, including high-strength automotive-grade materials, stable and high-torque motors and multi-layer safety protection structures, while streamlining less frequently used additional features to control costs. It also integrates part of the advanced electronic control technology from the V2 high-end welfare seat, upgrading operational smoothness and control responsiveness to significantly enhance the overall user experience.

To ensure consistent product quality, the company has built a streamlined production line that fully meets OEM acceptance standards, equipped with automated equipment and strict quality control processes covering raw material inspection, component assembly and finished product testing. Xinder collaborates with a top domestic motor manufacturer (a listed company with years of automotive component experience) to jointly develop and exclusively use ultra-quiet motors, which feature low noise, strong torque and long service life. Additionally, it has its own professional soundproof laboratory with advanced testing instruments, ensuring that the noise level of each welfare seat strictly meets OEM standards, creating a quiet and comfortable using environment for users.

Referencing the humanized design concept of Japanese Toyota welfare seat products, the SLIFT Classic simplifies the hand controller to two core buttons—one for entry and one for exit—greatly facilitating use by the elderly and people with limited mobility. Compared to traditional 4-button switches, this streamlined design eliminates operational confusion, requires no complex learning and is easy to master quickly. The two-button switch has been widely applied in various welfare and medical assistive equipment, with proven excellent performance in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity and frequent use, ensuring stable and reliable operation in all scenarios.

To accommodate most users’ needs for modifying original car seats, the SLIFT Classic removes redundant side covers and switches while retaining the complete wiring harness to facilitate quick connection to the original car seat, reducing installation difficulty and time costs. All model-specific connectors for original car matching are omitted, with only clear wire labels retained, allowing installation technicians to accurately identify and connect wires, improving compatibility with most mainstream passenger car models and meeting personalized modification needs.

The Classic welfare seat uses a 2-button hand controller; pressing both buttons simultaneously enables connection to a mobile APP or WeChat mini-program for professional programming. All complex functions, such as parameter setting and debugging during installation, as well as fault diagnosis during maintenance, are completed through the APP or mini-program, avoiding interference with elderly users’ daily simple operations and improving installation efficiency and after-sales service quality.

In addition, the seat rotation speed can be adjusted in 250 levels during synchronous operation, adapting to the different speed needs of users of all ages. Elderly users sensitive to speed can choose slower settings for stability, while those needing more efficiency can adjust to higher speeds, fully meeting personalized comfort and usage demands.

Furthermore, it utilizes intelligent gradual start and braking algorithms independently developed by Xinder. Based on the user's speed setting, the system dynamically calculates braking distance and speed, gradually reducing speed before reaching the programmed position to ensure precise zero-speed stop at the target location. This design outperforms most competing products on the market, which typically use direct motor power-off braking after reaching the position—this sudden deceleration causes passengers to lean forward due to inertia, reducing comfort and posing potential safety risks. In contrast, Xinder’s intelligent gradual deceleration ensures smooth, stable operation with gentle start and braking force, even at high speeds, eliminating sudden jolts and greatly improving the riding experience for the elderly.

Xinder's electromechanical control system is entirely independently developed, giving it full mastery of core technologies to support customized optimization and rapid response to customers' personalized needs. It adopts automotive-grade main control chips, delivering faster operation speed, more precise motor speed control, lower static current, stronger electromagnetic interference resistance and a wider operating temperature range, ensuring stable performance in complex environments. Additionally, it supports cloud-based OTA software updates—Xinder's cloud program server automatically updates the seat’s software remotely, ensuring customers always have the latest optimizations and features without manual operation or product return, extending product value and service life.
